Your firm is invited to submit a proposal for the project known as Lewis Central Community Schools - Educational Resource Center located at 4125 Harry Langdon Boulevard, Council Bluffs, Iowa before 2:00 P.M. local standard time on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.
At that time, Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Project Description:
Construction of a new 8,616 S.F. building consisting of steel structure, joists and deck, metal stud walls, brick veneer, aluminum storefront, hollow metal frames, wood doors, adhered EPDM roof, geothermal system with wellfield, fire suppression and fire alarm systems, electrical work, architectural cabinets and interior finishes.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $150.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Lewis Central Community Schools.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

Contractors are allowed one set only. Additional sets may purchased for $88.11 non-refundable.
