Public Notes:

The Project consists of 11,600 sq ft renovated area in a 27,000 sq ft building. Renovation of the Locker Area includes removal of masonry walls and existing concrete floors as required; new doors, ceilings, walls, flooring, etc. to be provided for new layout within existing structure. Electrically this project consists of new lighting, new panel boards, receptacles, telephone and data outlets. Renovations to the fire alarm system to meet the new floor plan configurations will be required. Mechanical and plumbing extents on this project consists of removing all existing fan coil units, unit ventilators, and plumbing fixtures. New rooftop energy recovery units and fan coil units will be provided to condition the locker rooms and surrounding areas. New plumbing fixtures to be provided and an additional set of hot water distribution piping shall be installed in the renovated areas for future use when the building is fully converted to a 4-pipe heating and cooling system.

A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned within
fifteen (15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications
are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to:
