Lund Ross Constructors will accept bids from qualified Contractors for the One World Livestock Exchange Campus
Expansion project in accordance with the plans, specifications and Contract Documents prepared by Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. Bids will be received in the office of Lund-Ross Constructors, Inc., 1112 North 13th Street,Omaha, NE 68102. Bids will be received in 2 separate bid packages.
Please note framing wall panels and wood trusses were previously bid and contracts been awarded.
Bid Package #1: Bids will be received on or before 2:00 pm central daylight time on Tuesday,
November 22, 2011. Bid package #1 to include the following scopes of work: site preparation and grading, foundation waterproofing, poured in place concrete foundation systems,reinforcing steel, geopier foundation systems, precast concrete hollow core units and elevators.
Bid Package #2: Bids will be received on or before 2:00 pm central daylight time on Thursday,December 1, 2011. Bid package #2 to include all other trades and scope of work not received by
the previous bid package. This shall include, but is not limited to, birck pavers, landscaping,retaining walls, concrete flatwork, gypcrete concrete toppings, masonry, steel materials, steel
erection, rough framing labor, cabinets and countertops, insulation, EIFS, roofing, aluminum
storefront systems, glass and glazing, siding, sealants, doors and hardware, windows, overhead doors, drywall, painting, floor coverings, specialty items, sunscreens, fire protection systems,
plumbing, hvac, electrical, voice and data, security, etc…

Contractors may obtain drawings for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A Refundable Deposit of $ 275.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.
Checks made payable to Lund Ross Constructors.
Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition within 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
