PreBid Info:   A pre-bid walk thru will be held in the facility cafeteria on Tuesday, November 22, 2011, at 1:30 P.M. at the Douglas County Health Center located at 4102 Woolworth Avenue. Any interpretation or corrections to contract documents arising from the walk thru will be made by addendum only. At the discretion of the Owner, a bid may be rejected if that bidder does not attend this walk thru.

Public Notes:
You are invited to bid on the Stair No.4 Egress Renovation Project, which includes work on the Ground Floor to extend the fire rated stair enclosure to a new exterior door as stated in the Contract Documents. The Scope of Work includes general construction and limited mechanical and electrical work and coordination of all trades to bring the areas to code compliance.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $ 25.00 (checks only) per set is required for this project.
Checks made payable to Douglas County Heath Center.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A & D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 7 calendar days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
