Project Description:
The Project consists of a 2-story, approximately 35,000 sf, auto dealership for Nissan automobiles. The property is located at the corner of Chandler Rd. and Nebraska Dr. adjacent to Hwy. 75 in Bellevue, NE. The primary components of the project consists of site development and building construction of a structure including the following major components: sales, service reception, service center, technician's lounge/technician's restrooms, parts storage, administration and additional support areas.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Bahr, Vermeer and Haecker Architects

also, Builders Cards are accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 15 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 15 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
