The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska invites Bids for a Single Prime Contract for the renovation of approximately 20,000 net square feet on Levels 2 through 6 of Poynter Hall at University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), Omaha, Nebraska, campus.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply Co., Inc., upon deposit payment of $150.00 per set and payable to UNMC.

If Bid Documents are to be shipped, submit a separate, non-refundable check, made payable to A & D Technical Supply, in the amount of $20.00 per set.

Deposits may be refunded upon receipt of good, usable and complete set of Bid Documents to A & D Technical Supply within 7 days after the Bid opening.


A non cash security method/Builders Card is also acceptable.

CD's of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $50.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
