The Springfield Library Foundation, on behalf of the City of Springfield, Nebraska, will accept bids for Springfield Memorial Library Addition, located in Springfield, Nebraska. The project consists of an addition of approximately 2000 square feet to the existing Library. Sealed bids for General Construction, which shall include mechanical and electrical construction, will be received until 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at the Springfield Memorial Library, 665 Main Street, Springfield, Nebraska. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Contract Documents (drawings and specifications) may be obtained directly from the Architect, PETERS AND ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.C. 14217 Dayton Circle, Suite 1, Omaha, Nebraska 68137, (phone: 402-895-2292), upon payment of a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) refundable deposit, plus a Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) non-refundable shipping and handling fee for each set of Documents.
The refundable deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Contract Documents within fifteen (15) days of the bid date, provided they are in good and usable condition.
