The Project consists of additions and alterations to the existing Shell Creek Elementary School and all associated work as indicated in the drawings and specifications.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Bids can be delivered to Lakeview Community Schools Media Center, 3744 83rd Street, Columbus, Nebraska, 68601.

A deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) / CHECK ONLY made payable to BIERMAN CONTRACTING INC, will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.

The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition to the Architect , within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.
