The Project consists of the high school and middle school addition/renovation located at 412 2nd Avenue, Nebraska City, Nebraska. Before submitting a bid, bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the conditions affecting the work. No extra payments will be allowed for extra work made necessary by failure to visit the site.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.

A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Our Lady of Lourdes.

Builders Cards are accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 14 days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $25.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
