SCOPE OF WORK:
This project includes the replacement of existing POV gravel parking lot on North and South sides of the existing Readiness Center with new concrete paving that is approximately 15,800 S.F. in area with a depth of 6 inches. The new parking area will include an 8 inch curb to assist in Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) compliance. Additionally, the GOV parking on the east side of the Readiness Center will be replaced with new concrete paving that is approximately 40,000 S.F. in area with depth of 8 inches. Furthermore, the project will include the removal of the gravel GOV parking on the west side of the facility and replace it with additional landscaping (landscape berms, shrubs, etc.) in order to provide additional ATFP Capabilities.

A Refundable Deposit of $50.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to DLR Group.

OMAHA BUILDERS CARDS ONLY are accepted for this project.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 14 days after the Bid Opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
