Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture P.C. will accept bids from pre-selected Contractors for renovation of the existing building located at One Valmont Plaza Suite 100 until 2:00 PM CST, Thursday December 9, 2010 at the office of Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68102. The Contractor shall submit bids in 9 x 12 envelopes with "PROPOSAL, New York Life Insurance Renovation Valmont Building" and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A Refundable Deposit of $ 750.00 / or Builders Cards will be required to obtain Bidding Documents.

Checks made payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture.

Documents must be returned complete and in "like new" condition with in 30 days of the bid opening to obtain a refund.
A One Reminder phone call will be placed before deposit is forfeited.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
