The Project consists of two (2), new, one-story, slab-on-grade building additions totaling 2,368 square feet. The site includes sidewalks, utilities, minimal landscaping and a new geothermal well field to be tied to an existing geothermal wellfield. The building additions consist of steel post/beam struture with metal stud infill, rigid insulation and brick veneer on continuous grade beam footings. 2-ply modified bitumen roof on metal deck on steel bar joists. Aluminum storefront system for exterior doors and windows and some exterior hollow metal doors and frames. Wood interior doors with hollow metal frames. Gypsum wallboard on steel stud framing interior walls. Finishes are paint, carpet, resilient and tile with acoustical panel and gypsum wallboard ceilings. Complete, new mechanical system (ground source geothermal wells with heat pumps), plumbing, electrical, fire sprinklers and technology systems included in project. A number of existing ceilings and most lighting is/are to be removed and replaced and all existing radiators, unit ventilators and associated piping are to be removed under this contract. Renovations include select demolition of existing walls, removal of floor finishes, ceilings, existing window systems and removal of some plumbing fixtures and installation of new metal stud walls, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, and some new plumbing fixtures.

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $150.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $30.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
