A deposit in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) / CHECK ONLY made payable to Kearney County Health Services, will be requested on each set of the Bidding Documents.

The deposit will be returned ONLY if the contract documents are returned complete and in good condition, within TEN (10) days after the opening of proposals.



If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).
