Sealed proposals shall be received until 3:00 o?clock p.m., local time on the 19th day of July, 2011, in the office of Nielsen, Mayne Architecture, 1010 South 120th Street, Suite 205, Omaha, Nebraska 68154 - 4211. Bids shall be privately opened after the 3:00 o'clock p.m. deadline.

The project includes the exterior restoration of the existing Church building.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain one (1) set ONLY of drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4.

A deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Holy Family Catholic Church / or a deposit card from Omaha Builders Exchange or one of the Plan Room organizations listed in the spec book, will be accepted and will be refunded on one (1) set to Contractors and on one (1) set to Suppliers upon return of plans and specifications in good condition within fifteen (15) days of the bid opening.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 15.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, Ne. 68127).
