Project Description: Project consists of approximately 74,000 gross square foot single story skilled nursing facility on approximately 14.7 acre undeveloped site.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at their own expense after July 25, 2011, from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 South 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 noon and 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Complete sets of Plans and Specifications are for PURCHASE ONLY (Non-refundable), in the amount of $178.27, payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $ 30.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room).

CD's of the project in PDF format are also available at a cost of $ 75.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.
