The project includes renovating four existing bank buildings, demolition of two existing buildings and two new additions within four construction phases of approximately 12,000 sq. ft. Geneva State Bank building will include an exterior upgrade with new windows, stone veneer and EIFS. New Additions are slab-on-grade, wood construction. It consists of exterior paving and concrete, stone and brick veneer, concrete footings, Concrete Masonry Units, EPDM roofing, custom aluminum clad wood windows and doors, canvas canopies and signage, structural glass and all-glass entrances, gypsum wall board, wood framing, wood doors and frames, carpet and tile flooring, wood trim and casing, custom commercial and residential cabinetry, full electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems.

Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $175.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
