The Project includes remodeling approximately 12,700 sq. ft., of the interior space of the Merrick Building. The remodel consists of some minor demolition of existing walls, doors, windows, floor covering, ceiling fixtures, ceilings and the existing concrete; most of the major demolition work has already been accomplished. New construction includes new G.W.B. on metal studs and masonry walls, aluminum and hollow metal doors along with an overhead coiling door, floor covering ? carpet, tile, and paint, removable steel guardrail, decorative louvers. The project also has a new gas fired ground mounted (RTU) heating and cooling units, associated ductwork, diffusers and controls to serve the new space mechanically. A new electrical service along with new lighting, data, and reworking circuits and receptacles is the extent of electrical work. The project will include a remodel of the existing Restrooms, as well as a new exterior concrete ADA Ramp and stairs.

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
