Central Community College will be replacing the chiller, boiler and associated mechanical systems in the Fine Arts Building at their Columbus campus. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., Thursday, November 4, 2011, at the office of Central Community College, Administration Office Board Room, 3134 W Hwy 34, Grand Island, Nebraska, at which hour, or as soon as possible thereafter, the received bids will be publicly opened and considered for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of said project. If mailed, mail to Central Community College, ATTN: Alicia Haussler, Purchasing Manager, PO Box 4903, Grand Island, NE 68802-4903.

Bid Documents may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply upon a deposit payment of $25.00 (Check Only) per set made payable to Farris Engineering, Inc.
If Bid Documents are to be shipped, submit a separate, non-refundable check, made payable to A & D Technical Supply, in the amount of $15.00 per set.
Deposits may be refunded upon receipt of good, usable and complete set of Bid Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., within 15 days after the Bid opening.
