The Project consists of remodeling approx. 5,000 sq ft, primarily located in the north, mid-east area of the Campus Center Building (Rm 402-404). The secondary area is located on the south, mid-west area of the Campus Center Building (Rm 294-296). The remodel consists of some minor demolition of existing walls, doors, windows, floor covering, ceiling fixtures, ceilings and the existing mechanical system. New construction includes new walls, aluminum doors and windows, floor covering, and paint. The project also has a new gas fired rooftop heating and cooling units, associated ductwork, diffusers and controls to serve the new space mechanically. New lighting, data, and reworking circuits and receptacles is the extent of electrical work.

Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.
A deposit in the amount of $100.00 (made payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects) will be required for each set of bidding documents.
If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.
The deposit will be returned in full only if a) a qualified bid is submitted and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with fifteen(15) days of the bid determination, or if the Contractor decides not to submit a Proposal and the Drawings and Specifications are returned with seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
All other contractors will return all Bid Documents to: Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects, L.L.C., 2908 W. 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, Nebraska 68845.
