Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the work comprising of each improvement as stated below must be filed before 8:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 24, 2026, by the Trustees of the Plattville Drainage District. Bids received after the deadline for submission of bids as stated herein shall not be considered and shall be returned to the late bidder unopened. The sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated immediately after conclusion of the public hearing.

Project Location: Mills County, IA

Public Notes:
Project includes the construction of a dual 32,000 gpm stormwater pumping system along the Missouri River Levee. Project includes the installation of pump and motor, construction of elevated steel structure, 36-inch diameter discharge piping, electrical, controls, providing and placement of fill material, and other miscellaneous improvements.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Eagle Engineering.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
