High School Administrative Office located at 112 N 13th St, Tekamah, Nebraska 6806. Pending
weather conditions, contractors will have an opportunity to walk the project site at 1100 N. Hwy.
75, Tekamah, Nebraska 68061 after the Pre-Bid Conference. Attendees must sign in at the meeting.
All General Contractors bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for
inspection of the existing conditions.

68061. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Tekamah-Herman High
School Administrative Conference Room. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $210.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
