The scope of this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel,
lifts, licenses and permits required to the complete installation of a new building wide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at the York Readiness Center, located in York, Nebraska. The primary work includes the installation of new HVAC units, modifications to existing ductwork, and replacement of the cooling unit as necessary. Secondary work will include associated plumbing modifications, interior finishes, and electrical work required to support the HVAC installation. The project includes the removal and disposal of existing failed or failing HVAC components. The new HVAC system will provide complete HVAC coverage for the entire building, including the main floor assembly hall, totaling over 16,494 square feet.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
