PreBid Info:   A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 28th, 2026 @ 2:00 PM, in person at Sterling Public Schools, 250 Main Street, Sterling, NE 68443. Attendance at the pre-proposal conferences is not mandatory but highly encouraged. The preproposal conferences will include an overview of the Project Design to date, with an opportunity for prospective proposers to ask questions about the Project and visit the Project Site.

Bid Info:   Proposals are due February 10th, 2026 @ 3:00 PM and must be received at the District Office located at 250 Main Street, Sterling, NE 68443 no later than the date and time specified above. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROPOSAL FOR CM@R FOR STERLING PUBLIC SCHOOLS”. Ten (10) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (PDF on USB flash drive) of the proposal document shall be included. Additionally, please email a digital copy of the proposal to CMBA Architects at kreutzer.m@cmbaarchitects.com. Any proposal received after the required date and time will not be accepted.

Sterling Public Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management at risk (CM@R) firms to provide preconstruction design consulting and construction manager at risk services for a potential school facilities project.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $15.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $15.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
