PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Schuyler Central High School, 401 Adam St, Schuyler, NE 68661. Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is advised. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the Owner.

Bid Info:   Bids due on or before February 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be received at Schuyler Community Schools, Superintendent Office, 120 W. 20th Street, Schuyler, NE 68661. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the Schuyler Community Schools, Superintendent Office.

Public Notes:
The Work includes: 1. Installing new classroom rooftop units and replacement of existing ceiling grids at the High School. 2. Replacing multi-zone rooftop units and replacing the fire alarm system at the Middle School. 3. Replacing existing rooftop units at the Elementary School.

A digital downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable card payment in the amount of $75.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $150.00 payable to Engineering Technologies, Inc.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
