The scope of this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel,
lifts, licenses and permits required for removing the (2) existing boilers and replacing them with a single condensing boiler and modifying the heating water system to function off one loop in-lieu of the existing isolated loops. The base bid shall also include replacement of select heat pumps that have known issues, and all heat pumps that serve the 3rd and 4th floors except for (2) heat pumps (HP-4009 and HP-4039) that are being replaced under a separate project. A unit cost shall be provided for each size of heat pump and noted circuit breaker sizes to allow for selection of additional units to be replaced to reach the total available funding for the project.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
