L Street, Omaha, NE 68117, on January 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. All attendees are required
to sign-in at that time, and only those who attend the pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit a
bid. Proposals received from bidders not attending the pre-bid meeting will be returned unopened.
Questions may be asked at the pre-bid meeting. However, such questions and the answers given
will not be transcribed or transmitted to the other potential bidders.

pavement and construction of a driveway and water service (alternate), fuel islands, pumps, tanks,
and an associated fuel key station at OPS’ Transportation South Facility, located at 5402 L Street,
Omaha, NE 68117, as specified in the Project Drawings and Specifications.

Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
