New Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing lab and classroom building, at 48,670 square feet and is
classified as a B – Business (IBC) occupancy, New Business (LSC); Construction tyle is IIB,
unprotected-noncombustible (IBC); Type II (000) (LSC). Spaces with the building include but are
not limited to: Lecture room, classroom, computer labs, office spaces, student study rooms,
conference rooms, break areas, construction technology lab, HVAC technical lab, plumbing
technical lab, restrooms, and associated building support spaces. Building is composed of
insulated precast concrete wall and curtain wall glass system, slab on grade with mechanical
penthouse. Roof is low-slope insulated system on metal bar joists and roof deck with EPDM roof
system. Other exterior features, overhead doors, metal panel elements at entrance. Interior walls
are primarily metal stud with gypsum wall board finish; some walls are CMU. Interior store front
door and window systems with some hollow metal doors and frames. Mechanical systems consist
of VAVs, AHUs, hot water reheat, and chiller water. New electrical service and associated
infrastructure, LED lighting, and some low voltage coordination. Life safety systems include fire
sprinklers and fire alarm.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $575.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.
