PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held at the 500 S. 16th Street, Lincoln Ne., January 6, 2026, 1:00 PM (Local Time). Attendance at the pre-bid walk-through is highly recommended for all interested parties. Interested parties shall meet in the Lobby of the Building.

Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor, and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the Proposed Contract Documents entitled: NDAS Building 500 Improvements, will be received at the First Nebraska Administration Building, State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 160, Lincoln, Nebraska until January 21, 2026, 2:00 PM, (Local Time) Receipt of bids will be publicly acknowledged after expiration of Bid Time. Bids will be privately opened. Bid tabs will be made public after determination of the lowest responsible bidder and execution of the construction contract.

Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt for no additional cost.

A printed copy of bid documents including all plans and specifications can be obtained upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $75.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Any addenda may also be printed on request for an additional cost depending on number of pages and sizes.
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax), payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free.

All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
