Bid Info:   One (1) copy of the bid shall be addressed and delivered to Louisville Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, at the office of Morrissey Engineering, Inc., 4940 North 118th Street, Omaha, NE 68164. Bids will be received until 10:00 am CDT on January 12, 2021. Due to circumstances beyond the District’s control, bids will not be opened in public. A link to view live bid document opening will be provided. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to bidder.

New rooftop units to condition the existing high school gymnasium. (1) Alternate Work. Patch roof to match existing at locations of existing roof penetrations.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Hard copy bid documents do not need to be returned as no refund will be issued.
