Public Notes:
Westside High School is served by geothermal water source heat pumps which WCS desires to replace as they are near the end of their useful life. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of the existing WSHPs; Removal of existing heat pump loop piping and accessories; General demolition to accommodate project; Installation of new WSHPs; Installation of new WHSP coil packages (piping and accessories); Installation of new temperature controls for each WSHP; Commissioning new equipment and controls; Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment; General Construction to accommodate new mechanical equipment. The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Trane.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
