Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Public Notes:
The Board of Education, Gretna Public Schools, Gretna Nebraska will receive Bids for the audiovisual work for the Gretna High School Additions project located at 11335 South 204th Street, Gretna, Nebraska 68028. Work includes the equipment and installation of audiovisual items for the “Black Box” theatrical performance space addition that is under construction.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
