Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that St. Columbkille Parish shall receive sealed bids on a combined general contract for the Social Hall Kitchen Remodel Project at 200 E 6th Street, Papillion, NE; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2020 by Debbie Armentrout, Business Manager, St. Columbkille Church, 200 E 6th Street, Papillion, NE 68046.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The work consists of a remodeling of the existing kitchen for the social hall on the lower level of St. Columbkille Church. The existing Kitchen is expanded into the adjacent vocal music room. New finishes, roll-up counter shutters and new kitchen equipment are all included in the scope as per the documents.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
