PreBid Info:   A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. CST on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. We will meet at the Main Entrance to the Brandenburg Education Building, Wayne State College, Wayne, Nebraska. Prior to the Pre-Bid Conference, contractors may obtain a parking permit at the Hahn Administration Building, on the first floor, Room 104.

The project is described as the repair and replacement of deteriorated tunnel walls and building foundation in four locations in the tunnel on the perimeter of the lower level.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $40.00 payable to Kenneth Lathrum & Associates. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 15 days of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
