A Prebid meeting for Site Prep Package - 2020 bidders will be held ONLINE on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., local time. Prospective bidders are requested to attend via an online ZOOM meeting, and should submit their intent to participate, via email to the Architect (krosburg@bvh.com) at least 24 hrs. prior to set time of meeting. Contractors will be emailed the online conference link and also a call-in phone number. Contractors who wish to visit the site may do so any time between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm prior to April 10th. contractors having questions regarding the project shall submit them to the Architect via email NO LATER than 4:00 pm on April 10th.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until 2:00 pm, local time on Thursday, April 16, 2020. Bids should be submitted to Lewis Central Community School District - Education Resource Center (ERC), 4121 Harry Langdon Boulevard, Council Bluffs, IA 51503. Bids will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: Project consists of Site preparation for two additions to the existing High School, utility relocations, and southeast of the existing Middle School the project includes removal of an existing pre-engineered metal building and foundation, plus site preparation, and utility relocations for a new Operations Center southeast of the existing Middle School. both sites have surcharge requirements and de-watering requirements.

Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, Phone (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, Fax (402) 592-9302.
A Refundable Deposit of $100.00 per set is required.
Checks should be made payable to Lewis Central Community Schools.
Builders Cards are also accepted for this project.
The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents to A&D Technical Supply Co., in good condition, within 30 business days after the Bid Opening.
After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $30.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply Plan Room at 4320 S. 89th St. Omaha, NE, 68127).

CD's and Downloads of the project in pdf format are also available for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
