Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 4/23/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Project Location: York, NE

Public Notes:
This sustainment project includes all labor, equtpment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses & permits required to sustain the interior or the York Readiness Center (constructed Jan 1957) and retrofit of the RC Vault and supply area. Project to include electrical, plumbing, heating and air systems, interior finishes and audio visual system installation. Project should be completed in 210 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP approx 25 May).

Bid Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE. 68508, Phone 402-474-5454, Fax 402-474-5779) for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
