April 8, 2020 per the following schedule: Millard North High School - 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm; Millard South High School - 1:45 pm to 2:15 pm; Millard West High School - 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.Contractors should enter through the main entry at each
building and will be directed to the library from there. Please respond to Jeremy Madson at (402)
715-1299 or jsmadson@mpsomaha.org if you will be attending the site visits as scheduled or if
you need to make other arrangements. Please include in your response how many will be
attending so that the District can make sure to follow any current recommendations regarding
COVID-19.

Millard Public Schools invites proposals on: MPS Library Renovation -
Millard North High School, Millard South High School, Millard West High School,
Omaha, NE. Contractor may submit a bid on one or more of the MPS Library Renovation projects at: Millard
North High School, Millard South High School, and/or Millard West High School. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM on April 14, 2020. Bids will be opened privately immediately following receipt and results will be made available to
all bidders as soon as practical.

The work to be performed includes renovation of the three high school library interiors in the
Millard School District: Millard West, 9,650 SF; Millard North, 9,200 SF; and Millard South, 10,200
SF. Scope of work within each library includes limited demolition, construction of walls, and
installation of doors, glazing, flooring, ceiling, finishes, millwork, casework and other work as
detailed on the Drawings.
