Bid Info:   Westside Community Schools (hereinafter referred to as “the District” or “WCS”) invites bids on: HVAC Replacement, Rockbrook Elementary, 2514 South 108th Street Omaha, NE. Bids are due by 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 7, 2020.

Project Location: Omaha, Nebraska

Public Notes:
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Rockbrook Elementary has an existing package rooftop unit which WCS desires to replace as it is near the end of its useful life. The project includes but is not limited to the following major elements: Removal of the existing RTU; Removal of existing HCWS / R piping to accommodate RTU replacement; General demolition to accommodate project; Installation of one new package cooling-only RTU; Installation of one new hydronic coil in existing ductwork; Installation of one new split system to provide supplemental cooling/heating; Installation of new HCWS / R piping; Commissioning new equipment and controls; Electrical modifications to accommodate new mechanical equipment; General Construction to accommodate new mechanical equipment. The temperature controls for this project shall be provided by Trane.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
