Project Identification: Project scope consists of HVAC, lighting, and Lay-in Ceiling Replacement
at the Mosaic Administration Building, 4980 S. 118th Street, Omaha, NE. The work consists of complete replacement of Mechanical HVAC system with a new VRF
system, replacement of fluorescent lighting with a new LED lighting system, and replacement
of the existing ceiling system with a new ceiling grid and tiles.
