This projects consists of a new Senior Living Community of approximately 197,000sf with one, two, and
four story buildings located in Grand Island, Nebraska.
The single story, wood framed Town Center will consist of but is not limited to CIP foundations/slab,
Brick/Stone Veneer, Cementitious Siding, Asphaltic Shingles, Metal Roof Panels, Interior Finishes, and
full MEP system.
The single story, wood framed Skilled Nursing will consist of but is not limited to CIP foundations/slab,
Brick/Stone Veneer, Cementitious Siding, Asphaltic Shingles, Interior Finishes, and full MEP system.
The two story, wood framed Memory Care and Assisted Living will consist of but is not limited to CIP
foundations/slab, Brick Veneer, Cementitious Siding, Asphaltic Shingles, Metal Roof Panels, Interior
Finishes, and full MEP system.
The four story Independent Living will have on grade parking to consist of but not limited to Geopiers,
CIP Foundation/Slab, Architectural Precast w/ Integral Thin Brick, Structural Precast and 12” Plank. The
3 stories above the covered parking to include but not limited to Wood Framed Structure, Cementitious
Siding, Asphaltic Shingles, Interior Finishes, and full MEP system.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $40.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
