PreBid Info:   A Pre-bid Conference will be held for this project on March 12, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. local time. Bidders shall meet at the existing Buell Stadium locker room building on the south side of the football field. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including work for the proposed construction of the Buell Statium Meeting Rooms; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 10:00 a.m. March 19, 2020 by John Brennan, at 13906 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
The project includes demolition of existing locker rooms for renovation into athletic meeting rooms including replacement of mechanical, plumbing and electrical components.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
