Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM (CST), Thursday, March 26, 2020, at the office of the
Vice President of Administration and Finance, Hahn Administration Building, Room 208A, 1111
Main Street, Wayne State College, Wayne Nebraska 68787. Bids received after this time will not
be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Owner, in the Conference Room
on the Second Floor of the Hahn Administration Building.

Work under this proposed contract will consist of erecting a steel and glass canopy
system, with associated footing, foundations, downspouts, power and lighting, at the
existing U.S. Conn Library south Terrace.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Wayne State College. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
