Bid Info:   Bids shall be received at the office of BCDM Architects, 1015 North 98th Street, Suite 300 at 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2020, attention: Cliff True. Bids will be privately opened and all bidders will be notified of the results following the opening. Due to the current Corona Virus pandemic bids may be sent electronically. An email confirmation from BCDM will be sent upon receipt of bids that are sent electronically.

You are hereby notified that Pacific Hills Lutheran Church shall receive sealed bids for the Pacific Hills Lutheran Church Addition & Renovation located at 1110 South 90th Street, Omaha, NE 68124.



Job Purchase Information:
Contract Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check only) in the amount of $100.00 payable to BCDM Architects.
Only Complete Sets of Contract Documents may be obtained.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Contract Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $45.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of the Documents, in good condition, within 10 days after the bid opening.
