The Work consists of the following: The Work includes installation of an automatic fire sprinkler system and associated construction as indicated on the drawings.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to CMBA. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.


Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.


Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 calendar days of the project bid date to obtain a deposit refund.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
DO NOT RETURN PLANS TO A&D OR YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED!
