Bid Info:   INVITATION to submit sealed bids is hereby made by the Board of Education of the Council Bluffs Community School District for the Bid #: 20-005: Kanesville / Tinley Building Demolition. All sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Engineer, HGM Associates Inc., prior to 1:30 PM on March 25, 2020, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. Bids received after the OFFICIAL BID OPENING will be returned unopened.
This will be the format for the public bid opening on 3-25-2020. Login and call in information will be provided to all bidders that drop off a bid. SCOPE OF WORK: The provisions of these specifications apply to demolition of buildings. The Contractor shall procure all permits required for demolition of the buildings. Unless indicated otherwise in this Specification, all work described shall be included in the proposal lump sum price for Item No. 2: Site Demolition.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950, upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. A builders care will NOT be accepted in lieu of a deposit check.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial sets will be issued.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co. Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

The entire deposit will be refunded upon the return of these documents, including any addenda issued thereto, to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, in good condition, within 14 business days of the bid opening.
