PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 6th, 2020. Those wishing to attend should enter at the south entrance of the school at 404 E 2nd Street, Stuart, Nebraska and convene in the school’s cafeteria. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Stuart Public School shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed remodel at the existing Public School located at 404 E 2nd Street, Stuart, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the administrative offices located at the South entrance. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Project Location: Stuart, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Renovation of existing spaces within the existing school building. Areas include but are not limited to new classrooms, home economics rooms, toilet facilities, offices and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $85.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
