YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Stuart Public School shall receive sealed bids on a Combined
Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed remodel at the
existing Public School located at 404 E 2nd Street, Stuart, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by
the Owner until 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the administrative offices located at the South
entrance. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are
invited to attend.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
