Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Public Notes:
SUMMARY OF WORK for this project includes the following: The Work includes but is not limited to the renovation of existing restrooms in the Mid America Center. The facility will remain operational during the entire period of construction; the General Contractor shall coordinate phasing of the work with the Owner as outlined in the specifications. Materials include casework and interior finishes. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems are included in the work. Fire sprinkler system modifications are not included. No new sprinklers or sprinkler relocations are included. Toilet accessories and partitions are included in the work.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
