Sealed Bids for the construction of the project known as PORTABLE DIKE SYSTEM FOR FLOOD PROTECTION will be received by SANITARY & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 101 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA, at the office of the Engineer, OLMSTED & PERRY CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC., 10730 Pacific Street, Suite 232, Omaha, Nebraska 68114, until 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, March 4th, 2020 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of Part 1: The purchase of a portable dike protection system, including the awarding of a three (3) year contract for storage of the portable dike materials, installation of the portable dike system when required, and maintenance of the system during flood events, and Part 2: The construction of a flood protection berm along Platte River Drive.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
