Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30 pm on 3/17/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 pm.

Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, and licenses to make all necessary repair of a 1,569 square foot Army Lodging Facility. This repair/restoration project includes repair or replacement of flood damaged building components, exterior walls, interior walls, floors, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in order to restore the building to full functionality. All work is to adhere to and follow all state building codes as well as the International Building Code (IBC). Project to be substantially complete not later than 120 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter.
