Bid Info:   Proposals must be submitted to the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Army National Guard, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 before 1:30pm on 03/17/2020 and then opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00pm.

Project Location: Ashland, NE

Public Notes:
This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to remove and install a new heating chiller unit in Building 508 at the Camp Ashland Training Site to replace the existing chiller unit. The chiller services the entire one floor building 16,214 SF which was built in 1997. See Statement of Work for chiller equipment details and requirements. Project will include demolition and removal of the existing chiller, disconnection and reconnection of the existing 3 phase electrical feeds and local energy management system plus replacement of all refrigerant piping, fittings, couplings and necessary filter driers for a complete and operational system. Project to be substantially complete not later than 120 days from the Notice to Proceed Letter. Bid submittal will include manufacturer specifications for the chiller to be provided.
