Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM on March 4, 2020. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: PPLC - Multi-Purpose Room, 805 Home Avenue, Lenox, IA 50851. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: Project is proposed to provide limited scope repairs and renovation to the existing Precious People Learning Center building. The scope of work includes the following: Repairs to existing exposed exterior plywood siding; Installation of weather barrier and installation of new exterior siding and trim; Installation of new storefront system entry door at main entry; Installation of new windows at a limited number of designated openings.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Precious People Daycare. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 days of project bid date to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
